This phenomenal response has put a spotlight on the need to scale our processes accordingly.
We’ve noticed that some members of our community have been experiencing challenges, especially with the email-based subscription scheme currently in place. We acknowledge that it has not been as smooth as we, or you, would like. To address this, we are taking a step back to revamp and integrate the subscription process further, ensuring it’s more streamlined, user-friendly, and capable of handling the high volume of interest.
